Harder, Willis "Bill" T., beloved husband of the late Myrtle D. Harder, loving father of Anne and Katherine, brother of the late Lorraine Ulfers, uncle of Gary, Karen and the late Glenda Ulfers, also survived by other family and friends. Bill was born and raised in Chicago, IL and was a World War II Army veteran serving from 1941-1945 who was in the battles and campaigns of Sicily, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe.
