Hoffman Carolyn M., 93 yrs. of Sycamore Township passed away Monday, Dec 18th.,2006 at Maple Knoll Village. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Russell S. Hoffman, beloved sons Russell E., William W. and beloved grandson William Michael Hoffman. She is survived by her loving son John N. (Jack) Hoffman , daughters in law Carol, Ginny, and Nancy. She was the proud and loving grandmother of Barbara Hoffman, Cathleen Latham, Margaret Cloud, James N. Hoffman, Loretta Hoffman, Russell E. Hoffman Jr. and Michelle L. Hoffman. She is the great grandmother of 15 and great great grandmother of four. Visitation at Strawser Funeral Home, 9503 Kenwood Rd. Blue Ash, Ohio, Friday Dec. 22nd., 6-8PM. Services Saturday Dec. 23rd. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at 10A.M. Donations can be made to Hospice or Ascension Lutheran Church
