Higgins, Eileen M., 88 of Blue Ash, Ohio beloved wife of the late James Higgins passed away Monday July 28, 2008. Born Feb. 09, 1920 in Adams, MA. Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Winters. Two nieces Cheryl St. John, Donna Purdum and nephew Donald Winters. One grandchild Barbara Parker also survives. Graveside services on Sat.
