Halpin, Shirley E. 82 yrs, formerly of Montgomery, passed away December 13, 2006 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Born in Boswell, IN January 26, 1924, she was prededed in death by parents Earl and Anna Eldridge and brother William. She is survived by husband of 60 years, Fred P. Halpin; daughters Christina (Joseph) Siciliano, Cincinnati; Valerie (John) Van Benschoten, Mesa, AZ; Pamela (James) Williams, Inglewood, CA; Vicki Hamilton, Nome, AK; Cynthia (Andrew) Klatt, Columbus, OH; grandchildren Shanna (Greg) Ward, Patrick Koenigsdorf, Caroline (Brian) McNeely, John and Lyndsay Van Benschoten, John Robert Hamilton, Thomas, Kenneth and Sherilyn Klatt. Visitation will be held at the Church of the Saviour, 8005 Pfeiffer Rd., 12 Noon to 2 P.M. Thursday December 21. A memorial service will be held at the church at 2:30 P.M., with a meal at the church following. Strawser Funeral Home, Blue Ash, will be handlling the arrangements.
