TANKERSLEY, Donald E. 50 of Deer Park, passed Tues. Jan 13, 2009. He was the loving husband of Lisa (nee Lancett) Tankersley.
Survivors include one son, Timothy (Tabbitha) Tankersley and daughter Amy Tankersley. Father and Step-Mother James Hall and Myrna Tankersley, two sisters Mary (William) Cain and Ann (Stephen) Neltner, one brother John (Debbie) Tankersley. He was preceded in death by his Mother Katherine (nee MaGee) Tankersley and brother James Jr. Tankersley.

Ed and I were so very sorry to hear of Don's passing. You two sure put up one heck of a fight.....never gave up! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of Don's family. You don't know me, but I am Michele Hoyle's sister. I have been following this news, and want to give my support even from afar. He sounds like a wonderful man who put up a great fight, and his physical self is gone, but his spirit lives within all who knew him.
