Zesch, Franklin H., age 101 yrs., beloved wife of the late Carolyn Zesch (nee Schueler), devoted father of Dr. Ronald W. (Suzanne P.) Zesch and Caryl Zesch McVaugh, dear grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Friday June 15, 2007. Franklin was born July 17, 1905 to Margaret Sattler Zesch and Frank H. Zesch, Jr. in Buffalo, NY. He went to high school in Buffalo and in 1925 came to Cincinnati to attend The Cincinnati Dental College where he graduated in 1929. He opened his first dental office in The Second National Bank Building in Westwood on November 29, 1929 and practiced dentistry for 59 years , retiring in 1988. Franklin married Carolyn in 1931 and lived in the Western Hills area until moving to the Evergreen Retirement Community in December of 1998. He was also a member of the Westwood United Methodist Church and the Cincinnati Dental Society. A private memorial service will be held. Memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of choice.
