Logan, Pearl T. went to rest on October 24, 2004 and her passing will be celebrated at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church on Wednesday October 27th. Services will start at 11 AM with a time of visitation at 10 AM. Pearl was born in Mary's Co., MO on Nov. 27, 1907. Her husband Van Logan preceded her in death in 1965. Pearl is survived by four sons: Ralph (Martha) of Cincinnati, OH, Woodford (Carol) of Pekin, IL, Raymond (Margaret) of Naples, FL and James, Colonel US Army Ret. (Carole) of Alexandria, VA. She had nine grandchildren, Karen, Laurie, Melissa, Nancy, Colleen, Kelley, Kate, Doug and Scott. God also blessed her with 12 great grandchildren who brought to her great joy. Pearl was active in a number of churches in her life and currently was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Kenwood. Four of her brothers were Baptist pastors in the Illinois area. After her Lord, Pearl's great joy was in her four boys and the lovely daughters that came into her family. She rejoiced in each and every one.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to the hospice of your choice in honor of Pearl Logan.
