Harder, Willis "Bill" T., beloved husband of the late Myrtle D. Harder, loving father of Anne and Katherine, brother of the late Lorraine Ulfers, uncle of Gary, Karen and the late Glenda Ulfers, also survived by other family and friends. Bill was born and raised in Chicago, IL and was a World War II Army veteran serving from 1941-1945 who was in the battles and campaigns of Sicily, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe. Born in Floral Park, Long Island, NY on June 23, 1928 to Georgine Marie Campbell (nee Felbinger) and Ulysses Samuel Campbell, Mr. Campbell graduated from Cornell University in 1952 with a degree in mechanical engineering and served his country in Korea as First Lieutenant/Signal Corps in the Army.
